We review every doctor’s practice licence, syndicate registration and ID, and the verified badge doesn’t appear until the review is complete. You see grade, experience, rating and reliability before you accept anyone.
If a doctor hasn’t checked in within 30 minutes of the start, the shift is flagged as a no-show. You get an instant alert and one tap to request an urgent replacement. A confirmed no-show weighs heavily on the doctor’s reliability, and two confirmed no-shows in 90 days suspend the account. The doctor has 24 hours to contest.
If you cancel after a doctor has been accepted: no compensation more than 48 hours before the shift, 20% of the pay between 12 and 48 hours, 50% under 12 hours, and 100% once the doctor has checked in. Compensation is collected on the monthly invoice.

The platform is an intermediary and doesn’t provide medical services; professional responsibility for patients stays as set by law and regulation. Contract terms and liability limits are set in the hospital agreement, sent with your demo request. Payments run through Paymob, a licensed payment provider.
