Your next shift finds you. You don’t chase it.

Nabatshia connects verified doctors with private hospitals near them. See pay, time and distance at a glance, accept in one tap, and get paid to your wallet.

Is Nabatshia free for doctors? Who pays?

Sign-up is free. The hospital pays a commission on every completed shift. Whether doctors pay any service fee at all is still being decided; we’ll announce it before launch, and any fee is shown on the shift details before you accept.

How do you verify doctors?

We review the practice licence, syndicate registration and ID. An account doesn’t get the verified badge until the review is complete.

When and how do I get paid? Who holds the money?

Payments and withdrawals run through Paymob, a licensed payment provider in Egypt. The net reaches your wallet within 48 hours of attendance being confirmed, and you withdraw to a mobile wallet or InstaPay.

What if I cancel or can’t make it?

Cancelling more than 24 hours before the shift is free and doesn’t affect your reliability. Between 6 and 24 hours it counts as a late cancellation with a moderate effect; under 6 hours the effect is larger and you lose urgent-alert priority for 7 days. Doctors never pay a money penalty. An unreported no-show weighs heavily on your reliability, and you have 24 hours to contest any record.

Is it available in every governorate?

We’ll announce the available cities before launch. When you sign up we ask for your governorate so we can tell you when it opens.
